What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and some wallets. We also accept Cash On Delivery (COD).
What is the delivery timeline?
Orders are generally dispatched within two working days. The shipping could take anywhere between 2-8 days depending on the delivery location.
I want to make changes to my order, how do I do that?
If you wish to make changes to your order, you must reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order. In case the order is already dispatched, we would not be able to process any changes.
Do you have international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can easily track the progress of your delivery.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate solely through our online platform (https://prisshaliving.com) and do not have a physical store.

Yes, all our products are carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans across India.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we accept bulk orders. Be it corporate gifting, personal gifting, etc – we cater to all such queries.
